Afghan Taliban attacked military camp killed at least 40 soldiers
Taliban militants attacked the southern Helmand military base and killed at least 40 government soldiers and injured many others.
A military source who asked not to be named told the Fornaija that the exchange of fire between the Taliban militants and the government forces continued. The militants hijacked several hostages in the military base, and the government forces special forces are trying to rescue.
