A high court sitting in Yola, Adamawa State, has condemned one Ibrahim Mustapha, a phony medicinal specialist to 54 years in jail.

The judge Justice Nathan Musa gave the decisions following Mustapha's permission of blame in a 9-count charge as a detriment to him. Equity Nathan said the decision was with regards to the supplication by Mustapha's legal counselor.


"On tallies one to three, I condemned him a half year each with the choice of fine of N20,000 each. On check eight, I sentence him to three years detainment with the choice of N50,000 fine.

On tallies four, five, six, seven and 10, I condemned him to 10 years of jail term on every one of the checks without the choice of a fine," Justice Nathan dominated.

Nigeria's Department of State Services (DSS) strutted Mustapha, who filled in as Principal Medical Director of Fufore Cottage Hospital in Adamawa state on Friday, June 21, 2019, over claims of rehearsing with manufactured testaments.


DSS chief in Adamawa Bola Olori said examinations uncovered that Mustapha didn't consider medication yet holds the National Board of Technical Education (NBTE) declaration.
