"I BLAMED OSINBAJO AND OTHER LAWYERS IN BUHARI'S CABINET OVER DSS MISCONDUCT " -FEMI FALANA

Both review how VP as Ag. President acted in comparative situation when DSS attacked National Assembly .

Buck stops unequivocally on Mr. President's work area, not legal advisors in FEC

Veteran columnist and legal advisor, Richard Akinola and a political gathering have blamed Femi Falana, SAN over remarks that the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) should train all attorneys in the Buhari organization due to the despoiling of the law courts by officials of the DSS yesterday at a Federal High Court in Abuja.

In his response on Saturday, Mr Akinola stated, "With the best regard to my great companion, Femi Falana, SAN, l ask to differ with him in regard of his announcement in regard of the Vice president on the Sowore adventure.

Falana was prosecuting the Vice President and other Learned Silks in the bureau for not shouting out on the adventure. "It's important to place things in appropriate point of view. There is just a single administration. According to me, the VP can't be giving explanations on an issue when there is a sitting president.

He included that, "Review that when Osinbajo was going about as president and comparative episode occurred at the National Assembly, he made a move. The intrusion of NASS began at about 7am and by 10.30 am, Lawal Daura had been terminated as the DG of DSS.

"Along these lines, it is out of line to assault the VP on this issue since he is only the VP. The buck stops at the president's table. In the event that in the president's astuteness, he wouldn't make a move, he should have his explanation. Our own is to stand up for him to make a move," he said.

Additionally, a political gathering in Nigeria has portrayed as insidious the remarks credited to Mr. Falana.

In a press explanation marked by Peter Oladele, Publicity Secretary of the Initiative to Save Democracy (ISD) the gathering said with respect to the Vice President specifically it is an unreasonable desire to expect him to react authoritatively on the wrongdoing of the DSS operators on the grounds that the official forces of the Federal Government are vested uniquely in the individual of the President not the Vice President or the legal advisors in the Cabinet.
