BREAKING: FG sacks 30 N-Power beneficiaries
The Federal Government has sacked 30 recipients of its N-Power program in Adamawa State.
Mary Yuwadi, Focal Person of the government's Social Investment Programs ( SIP), who made this known to the News Agency of Nigeria ( NAN) on Wednesday in Yola noticed that the 30 educators, were expelled for slipping away from obligations at their places of essential task.
"Under the Federal Government National Social Investment Program, an aggregate of 14,100 Youths in the state were enrolled in different sections of the projects.
"The central government has likewise halted their regularly scheduled installment. This will fill in as hindrance for different individuals who are not genuine in their work environments.
"We found that a portion of the individuals who enrolled under the program in Adamawa, live in Abuja and Lagos and gather the stipend being paid.
"We likewise discovered that a portion of the individuals who enrolled, were government workers working in different nearby government territories over the state," she said.
