People happily scooping diesel as tanker fell in Lagos

According to reports, many  residents around the Bonny Camp area of Lagos State are currently scrambling to scoop diesel from a tanker which fell Saturday morning at the roundabout of the military base on Victoria Island.

According to eyewitness there were no first respondents or security officials on ground as at the time the report was sent in.
