Victor Olaiya, the highlife music legend is dead

The Nigeria Veteran highlife singer Victor Olaiya has died at the age of 89 at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH).

It was gathered that the deceased, who celebrated his birthday last December, was confirmed dead today by Managing Director of Evergreen Music Company Ltd., Bimbo Esho.
