BREAKING: Reps donate two months’ salary to fight coronavirus

The Speaker of House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila has announced that the 360 members of the lower chamber have resolved to donate their two months’ salary to the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic in Nigeria.


He said the two-month salary donation will be independent of the contributions by individual lawmakers to alleviate the hardship that their constituents face at this time of national emergency.
