Macron talk bout Mali with West African leaders, Stan with ECOWAS on mediation

 

French President Emmanuel Macron talked about the warriors’ revolt in Mali on Tuesday with his Malian partner and other West African pioneers, communicating his help for intercession endeavors by the ECOWAS provincial coalition, the administration in Paris said.

Macron talked about the unfurling circumstance with President Ibrahim Boubacar Keita and the pioneers of Niger, Ivory Coast and Senegal, and “censured the endeavored revolt under way,” the Elysee Palace said in an announcement.

The French administration didn’t state unequivocally when Macron’s discussions with African pioneers occurred. Mutineering troopers in Mali have said they kept Keita and Prime Minister Boubou Cisse.
